Return term

You have your order on sight for 14 days after receipt. Within this period you must decide whether you want to exchange or revoke something and clearly notify us of this. After this notification you have another 14 days to return your order. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

Our return policy has been tested by the Consumentenbond, by means of so-called mystery shoppers (April 2018). You can read the results of this research via our blog .

Returning your order*

  1. The email you received earlier Your order is on its way!Track&Trace code | Return label contains a link to track and return your package. This will take you to the Chick-a-dees shipping portal.
  2. At the bottom of our shipping portal is a button to frank and return the package at a reduced rate. Click on the button and follow the instruction. Have you not received this e-mail anymore or not? Send me a message. You will then receive a (new) return link.
  3. Make it clear that you are the sender and what you want to happen to the products. Therefore, return the packing slip with a note of exactly what you want to happen.
  4. Reuse the shipping packaging: there is an adhesive strip on the inside of our shipping bags, remove the tape and the adhesive strip can be used. Extra adhesive tape or (duc) tape is really not necessary. If a package is wrapped with a lot of (duc) tape, it is very difficult for me to open. Did you receive a box; you can of course also use this if it is still intact.
  5. Drop off the package at a PostNL parcel point or use ' return to the door' . If you want to return your order outside of my service and via another carrier, that is of course also possible. Then keep the proof of delivery so that your return can always be traced. Send it to : MyParcel, Chick-a-dees retouren, Antareslaan 31, 2132JE Hoofddorp (NL).

If the entire order is returned, or if the entire order is revoked, you will receive the purchase amount and the shipping costs of the outbound shipment. If you only return a part, the shipping costs of the outward shipment will not be reimbursed.


Do you want to exchange; then place a new order for the product you want. Return the product(s) to be exchanged as indicated above.

Placing a new order for an exchange is much faster and it is immediately clear whether the product you want is in stock. Often a settlement has to take place for shipping costs. All in all, it is easier, cheaper and much faster for everyone to place a new order. This way you will have your exchange at home quickly. We do not settle returns with new orders. Fast credit is chosen. This is done in the same payment method as when you placed the order.

Credit | pay back

If the entire order is returned, or if your entire order is revoked, you will receive the purchase amount and the shipping costs of the outbound shipment. If you only return a part, the shipping costs of the outward shipment will not be reimbursed. You will then only be credited the costs of the products that have been received in good order.

Within a few days of receipt of your return, you will receive a message from me that it has arrived and it will be further processed and credited. Credit is made in the same payment method. For example, if you have chosen to pay via IDEAL, you will see on your bank statement that a payment or refund has been made via Mollie.

I always handle crediting and refunding returned products quickly, in any case well before the legal term of 14 days. Provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Excluded from returns, cancellations or exchanges are:

  • products with a name, logo or text printing. These are personalized and therefore cannot be returned.
  • hygiene products such as mouth masks

The following is important when returning;

  • the product to be returned must be presented with the original labels and in the original packaging.
  • Returned products will not be taken back if they have been washed and/or worn, are damaged, you have attempted to repair damage/shortcomings or if you have not followed the instructions for returning and using the product.
