Exchange and return

Tested by the consumer association

The return policy has been tested by the Consumenten Bond, by means of so-called mystery shoppers (April 2018). You can read the results of this research on our blog .

Crediting

Within a few days of receiving your return, you will receive a message that it has arrived and it will be processed further.

Crediting and repaying returned products is always dealt with quickly, at least well before the statutory 14-day period. Provided the product has been returned in good order.

Return period

You have your order within 14 days after receipt. Within this period you must decide whether you want to exchange or withdraw something and clearly report this to us.

After this notification you have another 14 days to return your order. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

Returning your order

 

Information in brief:

 

1. In the e-mail that you received earlier with the track & trace code to track your order, there is an instruction to frank and return your package at a reduced rate.

With this you can make a label at a reduced rate (€ 4.95 in NL and € 12 for Belgium) to return your package via PostNL. You can of course also send it back via another package service.

Did you not receive this :

Register the return and cancellation by sending us an email ([email protected]). You will receive a (new) return link from us.

 

2. Make it clear that you are the sender and what you want to happen to the products. Therefore, return the packing slip with a note of exactly what you want to happen. You can also print an exchange form or cancellation form and add it to your return package.

Exchanging

Do you want to exchange your product(s); then place a new order for the product(s) you woild like to receive. Return the product (s) to be exchanged as indicated above.

 

Discount new order

For next orders from regular customers (= same e-mail address when ordering), a 5% discount is automatically deducted. You can read how it works here . *

Returns exceptions

An exception to this are personalized items, items made especially for you. For example articles with a name, logo or text printing, these can not be returned .

The following things are important:

  • The item to be returned must still have original labels and, if applicable, be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returned items will not be taken back if:
    • They are worn and / or washed;
    • They are damaged and / or you have tried to repair the damage / defect yourself;
    • You have not followed the instructions and / or instructions for use.

 

Canceling (revoking) the entire order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited if you cancel your entire order. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
