Return your order
Information in brief :
- Report your return or cancellation by sending me an email.
- Netherlands: You will receive a return link from me: This allows you to create a postal label at a reduced rate (€ 4.95 in NL) to return your package via PostNL. Sending back through another package service can of course also. Abroad: please return your order/products trough a shipping company with a track&trace service.
- Make it clear that you are the sender and what you want us to do with the products. For example, send your product together with our packing list with a note to us with instruction what to do with your goods.
- Do you want to change for another product; place a new order of the product you would like to have.
- Within a few days of receiving your package, you will receive our message that it has arrived and will be processed.
- In case of repayment of returned products we act quickly, at least well before the legal period of 14 days. Provided the product has been returned in good order.
Cancellation and return is no problem.
After receiving your order ypu will have the products on sight for 14 days. Within this time limit, you must decide if you want to exchange or revoke something and report it clearly to us. You can report this through our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or digitally send the exchange form (in Dutch) or the cancellation form . (in Dutch)
After this notification, you will have another 14 days to return your order. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
An exception to this is personalized items, items specially made for you. For example, articles with a name, logo or text print, these can not be taken back.
The following matters are important:
- The item to be returned must still be provided with original labels and returned as original packaging.
- Returned items are not returned if:
- They are worn and / or washed;
- They are damaged and / or you have attempted to repair the damage / defect;
- You have not followed the instructions for use and / or usage instructions.
Product exchange, or order partially return
Do you want to trade your product? That is not a problem at all. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The product you want can be ordered again and paid via the website. The product you want to exchange simply send us back to us. You will receive a return link from us to be able to frank your package with a discount.
As soon as we receive the product / article return and in good order you will receive this message. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Cancel / revoke the entire order
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. You will have 14 days left to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping charges if you cancel your entire order. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible.
After signing up for a cancellation or cancellation (e-mail), you will receive a so-called return link. Via this link you can create a postal label online to post your return shipment online. This costs for packages the same as our regular shipping: € 4.95 in the Netherlands, a lot cheaper than the current PostNL rate of almost 7 €. All other rates can be found here .
